PPF Group has noticed the public statement on Moneta Money Bank released by Petrus Advisers on October 20, 2021. The statement apparently seeks to interfere with the statutory responsibilities of Moneta Money Bank management. However, the statement also refers to confidential discussions between Petrus Advisers and PPF Group. The PPF Group’s code of conduct stipulates against disclosing information on confidential business meetings without the prior approval of their participants. It is the reason why at the moment, we are limiting our response to the statement by Petrus Advisers to the following:
- The representatives of PPF Group held their discussions with Petrus Advisers in good faith. The discussions did not lead to any conclusion.
- The wording of the Petrus Advisers’ statement creates an incomplete and incorrect picture.
