AMALAR HOLDING becomes majority owner of PPF
AMALAR HOLDING, established in autumn, 2023, to consolidate the Kellner family's asset management under a single entity, has officially become the majority owner of PPF Group N.V. („PPF“).
This transition follows the transfer of PPF shares previously held by Renáta Kellnerová and her three daughters to AMALAR HOLDING. The move was anticipated and announced during the formation of AMALAR HOLDING.
With this transfer, superholding AMALAR now possesses a controlling 78.74% stake in PPF. The remaining shares in PPF continue to be held directly and indirectly by Renáta Kellnerová and the descendants of PPF founder Petr Kellner.
