Our M&A team is looking for an Investment Analyst to help with our growing pipeline of deals
What would be your responsibilities
- Analyze investment targets; independently conduct valuation (multiples, DCF, LBO, historical transactions), company, market and competition analysis
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support the strategic decision making of PPF Group
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and advisors
Synthesize analytical conclusions into presentations for PPF Group leadership
What is the ideal candidate profile
- Has ca. two years of relevant experience in Private equity / Investment banking / Corporate finance / Consulting
- Has excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Has excellent communication skills, both towards internal and external stakeholders
- Has proven financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, PowerPoint experience
- Takes responsibility for own workstream with senior oversight
- Is proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Czech language is not required
Knows how to use Bloomberg terminal / Capital IQ for M&A related purposes
