PPF Group (“PPF”) welcomes the election of Christoph Mainusch as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE (“ProSiebenSat.1”) at the company’s annual general meeting today. Mr. Mainusch’s expertise and experience will benefit all shareholders of ProSiebenSat.1.

PPF is pleased that the ProSiebenSat.1 shareholders have expressed their desire for Mr. Mainusch, an expert in the German television broadcasting business, joining the company’s Supervisory Board.

Separately, PPF also welcomes the re-election of Klára Brachtlová, a senior Central European Media Enterprises (“CME”) executive, to the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1, at the AGM.
